My services are available to residents of Florida only. This Website provides information about the practice and therapeutic services. The contact form allows Users to inquire about services or request an initial consultation.
Communication
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to my practice email via Google Workspace. An inquiry sent through the contact form does not create a therapist-client relationship.
DO NOT submit confidential, sensitive, or protected health information through the contact form. The contact form is for general inquiries only. Information submitted through the contact form is transmitted via email and may not be secure.
